Anyway to know if someone has read your PM you sent to them?

I mean other than the read reciept thing we had before. Like how in the old forum software the PMs that havent been read yet were in your outbox and after they have read them they went into your sent box. Is there anyway to see now?

What was wrong with the message reciept thing besides that it was annoying sometimes?

Go to your sent folder and if the icon next to the message is blue then its been read.

People would hit cancel all the time and everytime you got a PM it was another button to press.
