I just saw that there is a "floating" Contact Us button on the right hand side of the screen. It says Text Chat Unavailable, so it must be something to do with operating hours or not enough agents available.
It's at the top of their Support Page, it says "Live Chat". Not sure if it's always there though as it disappeared for me just now (might be because I have an open chat with them currently). I'll post a direct link to it if I can find it again...
I'm dealing with the same BS as well. Got the email stating that my credit card was declined and I had 10 days to rectify. The same thing happened last week with my pre-order of Wolfenstien: The Old Blood. For both games I tried all three credit cards on file but they all got rejected. The...
FYI for anyone buying it for a quick 1000 GS...it's not that quick. You need to find every "secret area" in every zone and there is no indicator in-game. There are over 100 of these locations and you'll need to follow a guide. You also need to play it in a no-detection, no kill mode as well...
Wow, settle down there. My comment was more neutral than anything. I personally want to see games in a series evolve over time and not stick with stale gameplay and story. Yes, I do like the games after and including FFVII, but I never made any comment about everyone who disagrees with me...
Oh, that disappoints me. The game and concept seemed decent but to hear it compared to Bullet Witch is harsh. I've played through BW for all of the achievements and would never do it again (regardless of how skimpy the costumes get). Surely the controls are better in Drakengard as that was...
I agree to this mostly. I loved EQ; I was playing it in college before Kunark was released and continued until somewhere around Underfoot. Though I liked a lot of the advancements they came out with, some were a bit ridiculous. While playing ESO, I would constantly compare it to EQ and how...
Yes, they have ironed out a lot of bugs and balance issues over the last 2 months. The game was plagued with broken quests upon launch but now most have been fixed. That's not to say that some of the content seems bugged when it's actually just a bit touchy.
Class balance is the hot topic...
There is phasing and instancing. There are solo dungeons which are not instanced, and yes there was a huge bot problem. ZO has taken great strides to reduce bots and change mechanics a bit to make the act less alluring. You also have group dungeons that are instanced. These are the ones that...
I've been playing ESO since beta and highly enjoy the game. I welcome the monthly sub cost as hopefully it will deter a lot of undesirables. The game has had its issues and growing pains, but the game is worth it.
