Cannot imagine morale internally at MS Gaming getting any lower. Between the 1,900 layoffs earlier this year and now this. Not sure how is anyone going to be excited about the Xbox showcase this year?

To make money, and MS is unfortunately closing studios to save money. It's all about money at the end of the day.

If you have a huge backlog which most of us probably do, you should be fine. Between MS Rewards & Xbox Ambassadors my GPUs maxed 3 years out still. I started tracking all the Game Pass titles I played about 4 years ago and I complete about 40-50 GP titles a year so I use it a fair bit.
