The copy I ordered yesterday morning shipped, getting it tomorrow afternoon.  While it may be "cheap", like seraph011 I got it because it's my 2nd favorite series of games behind Mass Effect.

Just got in on it - really wanted to get this edition and was bummed I missed out earlier this year. They just charged my card so canceled my Amazon pre-order of the Deluxe Version.

I just didn't hear about it until my wife randomly saw the picture of it on Facebook (which I don't use) and said I should pre-order it, but by then it was sold out.

Exactly how I felt about the Dragon Age CE - about the only one outside of Titanfall I really wanted this year.

Crossing my fingers mine will be ok. I waited to get a 360 until February 2009 (Jasper) and it's still running fine, hoping to repeat my success.

Baltimore is getting a distribution center next year, definitely will make me rethink some purchases, but not outright not gonna use them anymore. Hate going to the Walmart/Target/Best Buy in this area, always 1 register open and tons of folks in line.

I'll be sad since I got every game I wanted until Titanfall & Quantum Break come out.

Just got my tracking # for my Wireless Controller (ordered 8/28) and Xbox One D1 Edition (ordered 6/10).  Both say tomorrow delivery by 8pm. No shipping confirmation of Forza 5 or Ryse yet.

Depending on the drive inside (5400rpm 2.5" for instance), this could be considerably faster on an external SSD via one of the USB 3.0 ports. Actually, just checked one of the teardowns, the drive inside: SAMSUNG Spinpoint M8 ST500LM012 500GB 5400 RPM 8MB Cache Definitely not going to win any...

On a related note, just got shipping notice of my Xbox Day One Live Card I forgot I ordered (eta is tomorrow via UPS).

Along with the console itself: Forza 5 LE, Extra Controller and Ryse haven't shipped and have been in the "Shipping Now" stage since I woke up at 6:30 this morning. Won't be worried until 7-8pm tonight if it hadn't been at least picked up by UPS/Fedex/USPS/Lasership.

Xbox One now says "Shipping Soon" from a June 10th pre-order. Forza 5, Extra Controller and Ryse all say "Pre-Ordered" on the website. But...interesting enough on the Windows Phone App it says "Shipping Soon" on them all. Take that for what you will.

Got from Amazon this week: -Assassin's Creed IV -Madden 25 -NBA Live 14 -Call of Duty Ghosts Waiting on Forza 5 to come with the Xbox.

I've had a lot of Amazon packages in the last month come USPS. Like you, my mail man (or woman) comes between noon and 3pm where as I am the very last stop for UPS between 5:30pm and 7pm. Only problem with USPS, if it won't fit in the community mailbox (townhouse situation), they won't leave it.
