has anyone had a problem with games being verified as "not playable" even though they were working before you sent them? i sent them in a sturdy box so unless ups ran over it(plausible) i dont understand how it could be unplayable. if so, could you tell me how you resolved it? thanks

type in the numbers at the bottom of the mailing label into usps.com. it should say processed and picked up by agent which is either bestbuytrade in or more likely the ups guy. but they'll for sure give it to them...you just might not make the 14 day deadline. sucks this monday is a holiday too...

just fyi for later...tracking number for usps is the numbers on the bottom of the page. you just type them all in at usps.com and the tracking should be there but im guessing you figured it out

The worker at bb said no b&m stores cant pricematch bestbuy.com orders and I confirmed this by calling bb customer service so I guess all the people price matching are people who bought in store or both people were lying. With best buys customer service I wouldn't doubt it.

wow best buy customer service hits a new low. tried to trade in 3 moh ps3 and 3 moh 360 and the girl behind the counter said i couldnt because they only accept 3 games of the same title. i told her that it was per system but she wouldnt budge. she then proceeded to call what i was doing "shady"...

why do i get screwed? the manager wouldnt pricematch mine since they said it was a best buy exclusive. same place that wouldnt accept the cars+incredibles coupons...guess that store just goes out of its way to make sure they stick to the books.

Not sure where to put this but has it always been there policy to not price match if you buy it from bestbuy.com? The manager made me return my portal 2 and then sell it to me at 24.99 but I'm pretty sure there gonna take off the 500 points for pre-ordering since they made me return it not sure...

God of war collection 22.99 online buy2 g1 free makes it 50 -> 60 not much but if your just looking to convert it's good enough. Marvel vs cap com 3 is 39.99 so 80 -> 90 but you have to add for shipping so not much profit but at least your not losing money on the conversion
