Has anyone successfully used a gaming coupon to purchase a PSN or XBLA points card at the Astor Place or Penn Station Kmarts in NYC? At Astor Place, I tried to use a soon-to-expire gaming coupon on a PSN card and the cashier adamantly refused to ring up the transaction.

Astor Place had copies of ICO/SOTC at 3 pm. They were not on display, but were on a shelf next to the right register.

as another data point, i bought hunted at k-mart (astor place, nyc) and did not get a coupon. the cashier was really nice about it though, and tried to find the deal on kmartgamer.com (where it isn't listed), the print ad (where it isn't printed), etc.
