That's a little misleading, at least in my experience. There are supposedly none in any store within 50 miles of where I live meaning they have to ship. Shipping is $7.99 and then $0.84 for tax. I'm better off waiting until it's $9.99 at Amazon and ships for free.

Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut (PS4) is currently $19.99 at both Amazon and Best Buy. I think games will still hit $20 but it will take longer.
