Anyone from Ft Wayne going to the Penny Arcade Expo in Boston this year? March 11-13th. There is a group taking the trains to Boston. The line from Chicago to Boston goes through the Waterloo station, so there is an option to join up with a group there.

I've been getting really good deals on PC games now that target changed their VG section. Go through the PC stuff and look for red tags. They're marking stuff down once it's past a few months old. I just got Borderlands and Bioshock 2 for $14 each. My brother got Orange Box for 360 for $13.

Anyone looking for local trades in Ft. Wayne? I have an old Acer Travelmate C110 tablet. Battery is bad, but notebook is fine. Also a PNY Geforce 9800GTX+ 512MB. If you're interested in either shoot me a PM and let me know what kind of stuff you may have to trade.

I picked up a Retro Duo (combo NES / SNES system) off Amazon this week, I have to say I'm pretty impressed, will def want to get a few original SNES controllers to replace the ones that came with it, but they are playable, just too light. I need to beef back up my SNES library, lost a bunch of...

You might look into building a mini cabinet or a Super Gun (consolized arcade guts). You can get a NG MVS board on ebay for about $100-150 bucks, then it's just wiring it to controls and a video output. Of course most NG stuff is getting scarce these days, you could just get a nice arcade...

Anyone local into arcade stuff? I bought a Street Fighter II cabinet locally a few weeks ago. Looks like there are some decent deals on arcade stuff on ebay and CL locally.

Wal-Mart has marked Tony Hawk's Ride down to $88 from $120. Probably trying to get rid of it during Christmas before people start reading all the bad reviews. I saw this at the Fort Wayne Southtown store, but I'm guessing it's probably the same everywhere.

They're smallish stores. The one at Glenbook is across from Turn One. I haven't seen it yet. The other is a Jefferson Point in the food court where Panchero's used to be. That one has a few coin rides, a few redemption games, and usually a couple of race games, a gun game, and that sort of...

Does anyone near Ft. Wayne need a giant subwoofer? I have a Samson Resolv120a 10" 120watt powered studio sub that I need to trade. We rearranged the living room and it's just too big. It's about 2' x 2'. I'd swap it for gaming stuff. It's makes a good home theater sub. PM me if you're...

I was at the Coldwater/Dupont location on Saturday night. They still had a pretty good amount of used games left. Lots of PS2/GameCube/Xbox for $4-8 before discount.

XP is a deadend now. No more support from MS. See if you can still sign up for a Beta Key for Windows 7. I'll work for until March, but you'll have to buy a copy before it runs out. Otherwise, look for a System Builder / OEM copy of Vista with the upgrade coupon. It'll be about $99.

I went the day of the sale...they were wiped out. I guess there was a line at the door when they opened. I still picked up $20 in TPB's, but it was common stuff. I think they only do the big sale once a year or when the section gets too full. But they sometimes offer 50-60% randomly...
