it does seem like its this. I think Microsoft is going to get out of the console (games possibly?) business. This price point is so nonsensical - and 5 years into the console lifecycle. Its all just so so weird.

3ds prices are so insane to me. How theyve stayed that high is absolutely wild. I cant remember a 'last gen system' ever staying at and even going above its going rate since being retired.

I also have an extra ps5 after buying the anniversary / pro models. $330 sounds too good, I might even get rid of it for that price. I also used the disc drive in my pro - does gamestop still have that weird thing at POS where it blocks you from selling a disc model as a digital model?

I was thinking about this looking at my ps2 collection earlier - I miss the bins. I miss digging through bins of hundreds of games. Gamestop just doesnt really have games anymore in store. Its such a small percentage of space. Insane strategy IMO.

they need to go back to the realm of video games full stop. the stores are not even 50% games anymore IMO. just more and more crap.
