Yes, they are simply transferred to your hard drive, and will work with Rock Band 3.

As is the Classic track pack lol :/ can't win 'em all I guess. EDIT: However, with the Metal track pack you just need the code, and not the disk to download the songs. Not sure if the Country Track Pack is the same way...but maybe do a bit of research and find out :P...
