Who said you can't go online with the Arcade? You can go online without a hard drive. It would probably help if you at least had a memory card to save games or play Live Arcade titles. BTW, a hard drive is required to play Original Xbox games. Check this for help...

OK, I guess I was confused. I had thought "price guarantee" and "price match" were mutally exclusive. Meaning that price matching was done at time of sale and not really retroactive. Is this common for all price matchining policies? If not, which ones other than Best Buy do retroactive price...
