Trying to use the code for Xcom: Enemy Unknown digital download on Amazon and its saying the code is invalid...is this deal dead?

I'm trying to purchase Skyrim for the PC and Saints Row 3 for the 360, but the buy one get one 50% off isn't working. I tried putting two Saints Rows in my cart and the discount shows up, but it won't otherwise. Is the PC version of Skyrim not included in the sale??
