I'm in the same boat as you. Last night I was told by customer service that my order had timed out when I placed it. She said the order went through, but timed out, and that it wouldn't ship. I'm not sure if I believe her since I've heard so many different stories from customer service reps...

Does the Walmart tracking show that your order has shipped? I think processing is now my least favorite word.

I still haven't received mine either. In fact, the walmart website still says processing. Customer service told me yesterday that there is no reason it shouldn't arrive by the 1st. We'll see.

So nobody else is stuck in limbo with their order still processing? The best answer I got from customer service is that it is scheduled to be delivered on 11/30. The automated system says 12/1. I just want to know if it is going to ship at all. This sucks.

Does anyone elses order still show as processing? When i call the automated tracking phone number, I get the same message saying it is due to be delivered on 12/1. Speaking to somone in customer service gets you a different answer every time you call.
