I feel the same way, although I had it crash on me about every 3 hours played give or take. It just wasn't nearly as interesting or enjoyable as Fallout 3. It also seemed like I got to the point of being close to finishing the main storyline really quickly. With Fallout 3 it took a lot longer...
luckily i haven't seen any hackers yet since i've been playing again. i've probably only played about 5-10 games though, so small sample size. plus, i generally only play headquarters which i think is probably the least popular game mode.

i played yesterday for the first time in months. i can't remember what i had the sensitivity set to, but it was disorienting for the first 5 minutes or so. once i got used to the controls again, i was able to make small corrections more easily, but at first i'd tap the joystick and turn like...
so are the MW2 gamenights starting up again? i'll probably be available to play this week if people are up for it. normal nights? wed/fri?
i should probably hop on before game night and make sure i shake the rust off, although i was never very good to begin with :)
that Temper Trap song is great, but you've got to have a good falsetto to really pull it off, that and the Edward Sharpe song are good additions. IMO 2 good songs is a definite improvement. there have been several weeks where the update consists of songs i have either never heard before or are...
last night was pretty fun. i got on late-ish (around 10:45 EST), but we still had about 8-9 people for a while. our team played pretty well in ground wars, i don't think we lost a game, but then we started getting powned in demo.
no problem. like i said, it's my favorite one. the songs are relatively easy, and it's got a bunch of fun 80's songs. i just recently picked up a copy on ebay for a friend of mine. if you're in the US, you can probably get one on there for like $16 shipped give or take.
also, it's great...
awesome, i got it from CDWow for like $25-30, which i thought was a great deal.
the Queen disc is definitely my favorite one on the PS3. the 80's PS2 disc trumps it overall as far as fun songs goes, but Queen is a close second.
this was how i felt playing MW1 then playing Warhawk and Resistance1 MP. it just felt cartoon-ish and didn't run as smooth. i haven't played BF:BC2 so i can't comment on that particular game, but i couldn't play those other games after playing COD:MW1.
