It does not list an expiration date. I would go ahead & register it before they end the program. You probably only need the serial # & should be able to see that without opening the box?

I ordered Harvest Moon, Pokemon, Zelda early in the sale. I just got a notice that HM shipped, and it was the free one! They seem to be honoring the deal for the early orders that went through.

It looks like Walmart has changed back to out of stock --- sorry about the post, it was in stock just a few minutes ago and showed 133. I thought they had updated their inventory.
