where did i trade something in for more than its worth? i received a 50% bonus on my trades ins and 10% for my membership. I then felt that best buy should honor what they have displayed on their website for me and anyone else who would only be willing to ask.

not sure if thats sarcasm but its fair to see a deal on a website and ask the company to honor it. Its good business and keeps me coming back but its their error not mine.

its still on the website so i feel that they should honor it or hire someone who can update the site daily/frequently. I received the $25 because it didnt hurt to call and ask if they would honor and they did.
