I got it at Walmart yesterday for $14.92.. I've only played the multiplayer mode so far but its pretty fun 4-player.
Definitely worth $15 for the multiplayer, though I read in GMR magazine that the single player is kinda crappy.
Indeed iPods are the "cool" thing nowdays, but there's a few features that draw me:
-Ability to use iTunes
-Firewire connection
-iRiver has gimped mac compatibility (No Album, Artist, Genre, and Title searching; it just appears as a disk). I use both mac and PC.

I tried to do this deal during president's day, and they said only a few Greatest Hits games are elligible (the ones shown in the president's day ad). They wouldn't let me do the deal to get Devil May Cry because it wasn't in the ad. So YMMV.
I guess I am used to traditional fighters. I think Nintendo should have called it Super Button Smasher since that's all you're supposed to do. 4 player was fun for a while, but the button smashing thing gets old quick. Luckily EB bought it back off me, used, for $15 so I actually made a profit!
I got SSB:M and Spiderman during the EB black friday sale for $12.50 new, each. But honestly they were not very fun games. I say "were" because I sold them back to EB
