I picked it up on PCDD for around $10-$15 a month or two ago. Now, when I'll actually play it... coming from a guy who's played about 40 games on Steam (10% of my library) it may take a while :)
I'm pretty sure the last Bluebird Kiosk within a 50 mile radius of me that loaded the Visa Giftcards from Best Buy correctly has been taken offline (due to maintenance or because of my activity) pretty much puts a nail in a coffin in this whole thing. I'm happy that I have Elite Plus status now...
Safe to say that if you did preorder say the PS3 version for $40 w/GCU, got the $10 gift card after release, and before the 45-day return/exchange window w/Elite Plus, the price drops, you could get a price adjustment, and hopefully GS or some trade in retailer would have decent TIV for the...
This is a real bummer. I had just reached Elite Plus status this way and still have 3,700 points pending from a recent VGC purchase. Had made a point to head back sometime next week after paying of the balance on my BB card. Welp, it was fun while it lasted.
Normally they always have a promo code during PAX that you can use for 10-20% off Astro's website. Since PAX Prime is next month, you may be able to get a deal. However, if you had a Best Buy credit card, you'd be looking at getting as much as $80 back including the gift card, as well as free...
Being that no Long Island stores take trade ins, I'll have to make a trip to my brother's and make a stop at the White Plains WM on Friday. Hopefully the value stays steady, otherwise I'll have to take the hit and trade in at GameStop. I think with their current promo they're only offering $39...
Right. I'll just have to call a bunch of stores in my area. There's no indicator on any of the Walmart stores that shows if they offer trade-ins as a service. That wouldn't make sense. Why make it easy!
Is this offer available for online trade in? On Long Island, NY Best Buy and Walmart sell preowned games but don't accept trades. At least, it's been that way for a few years. Which is odd because GameStop does. But I guess that's more integral to their business than the others.
Right on. Thanks! I'll be heading there tomorrow then. I also have two Gen 2 Apple TV's (the 720p ones) that for some reason have $56 TIV before bonuses. I can't pass that up!
I had one store pickup order that was "unavailable" later on Sunday afternoon. However I re-checked the Store Pickup page when they brought the game back up this morning with the $29.99 price and used the order # I still had on my account and picked up a copy at a store for the original $9.99...
Is there some sort of store policy against trading in multiple copies of a game? I have 3 XBONE and 3 X360 copies and I was hoping to trade them in with a few other things using a bonus 10% TIV coupon I have on my GameStop app tomorrow.
One of the YouTube reviews did mention that the A and B buttons were exchanged, but that might be fine, since I'm pretty trained in the Xbox 360/One controller layout.
I edited the original post with my referral link. Thanks!
You must have accidentally posted the reviews for the Nyko Wii Remote Charging Station? But I think I'll pick up two! For those rare local multiplayer MK8 sessions :-)
Couldn't find any official reviews apart for some sporadic user reviews and a YouTuber who "honestly" couldn't stop praising the thing. I've been burned on 3rd party controllers before, but for the price, I wouldn't be too broken up. Any opinions?
