well I believe he had sold 2 earlier in stock because dick wads over at SlickDealz are buying them for full price and going to a target that has the camera on clearance for $134 / $225 and returning the $449 price and repurchasing for the clearanced price.

Yes it is that exact camera. It was regularly $449. That is odd in my opinion because I thought cameras at my Target store only went to 50% off and stopped there.

More than likely the box has an imperfection in it, the game case has an imperfection (say they are unpacking the boxes and a box cutter razor slices a little hole in the cases plastic). So most "dingers" are actually new, but they have imperfections that make it go to amazon warehouse as "used"...
