the game is completely sealed, but the stupid woman said that the exchange couldnt be made.

is there a new policy that clearly said that we cant exchange games unless we have a receipt? i thought it was legal to do those sort of things. all we need is to present our ID to them, right? i have done many exchanges at toysrus, but this lady said that shes not allowed to do the exchange.
