What’s the difference between Call of Duty and a restaurant? A restaurant usually has a good host and servers that work.

I have a ATI Radeon 9200 128MB, it's mediocre, got it for $70 in December..score around 7-8k on 3dmark01..I'm hoping to get 30 fps out of Doom 3 at low settings 640-480! I'd reccomend a 9600 Pro or something for $50 more!
