I remember the displays in-store definately said 49.99. It also added it would be for the first day only (while supplies last, naturally), and I'd assume that it'd have to be an in-store purchase, hence why the website wouldn't display the lowered price.

The Robson/Burrard HMV in Vancouver will have a midnight launch. Also worth noting is that according to displays they have in store, they will be selling the standard version for a lowered price of 49.99 for the first day only.
