Got an email saying Fallout 4 was added for the $10 preorder but it doesnt show up under the games on the list

Ive done that before. They say it may take a few days for the points to go back to your acct. They never showed back up on mine. I went online and spoke with a rep. They saw i should have gotten them back and the rep added them to my acct. If you do cancel, make sure to monitor your pts
