Does anybody know which companies only offer these deals in store and which companies offer free pickup in store if we order online on thanksgiving and black friday?

So I bought a copy of Cod Ghosts at Gamestop. However, I found that Cod Ghosts was $15 cheaper on eBay. Since the UPC codes are standard I can play the Gamestop copy and give the eBay copy back to Gamestop for a full refund  right?
