Just wanted to give a little update. I got mine yesterday, it was shipped out on the 23rd but the tracking did not update at all until it got to my local FedEx office.

Mine has, got an email from FedEx on July 8th that tracking has been created. No updates since then... So, 12 days and counting so far

You didn't have to pay taxes? Mine doesn't have Invoice section either, maybe that shows up when it ships?

Kind of a slap in the face, a $200 collector edition has a steelcase but an edition that is less than half of the cost has a proper steelbook.

$170 for this one. $400 for this one. Pc only for both editions. No regular physical copy for Ps5 and Xbox is delayed. I'm going to wait for reviews. Even if they are good, I am going to wait a long time before buying it.

Pretty much except that the art for the steelbook is different. I wonder if it comes with the dlc on the disc or as a code.

I wonder if target allows the old buy and return for the game but keep the steel book like BestBuy does. This game is going to be $40 in less than a month after release, so it's not worth paying full price based on just that. Not to mention, if the game is good or not.

Got a shipping notification email yesterday. Email shows the order summary and order #, does not show the RE4 collector edition or tracking info. Order status on website shows awaiting availability.  Hopefully it updates with tracking.

Looks like a metalpak based on the picture. Description also says steel game case, instead steel book.

Don't do instore pick up for it, have it shipped out to you. Then return the game instore without the steelbook, it will be $10 for it. Last time I tried to this, I was told it comes as complete package in store and they can't just take the game back, has to be both. Apparently, the system...
