Not all true, you don't have to link a bank account to PayPal if you don't care about receiving funds.

Wombat, If you back up your PS4 to an external before you replace the HDD you can keep the P.T. game. I deleted everything except P.T. then performed a backup to a USB stick, replaced the HDD with 2TB and just restored from the USB stick, then just downloaded and/or re-installed from discs.
