Toys R Us was the right call. I found it at the local store. They didn't have it on the floor, but a sales person got me a copy from the back.
$29.99 - Bingo!
This should make my daughter a very happy 5 year old in a few weeks...
Hey Gang,
My daughter's birthday is coming up in a few weeks. Her friend has Super Princess Peach for the DS and my daughter really wants it. Unfortunately, it seems hard to find. Amazon and eBay have very limited choices, and they're very expensive. $50 - $60 for a DS game seems...
Just a quick follow up on this topic.
I did end up getting the Turtle Beach Ear Force PX21, and so far, I love it. Having the full headphones really makes the game pop. You hear so much more than you can with just TV speakers or even a 5.1 Dolby stereo.
My ears do get a bit sore after an...
Sounds like a lot of people aren't too happy with the Bluetooth.
So what's the next best option? What PS3 headsets to all of you use?
While I'd love a $250 Astro A40, that's just not realistic. Sub $100 is a must.
What makes a good one versus a crappy one? Dolby 5.1? Long cord? Comfort?
One other major factor is what you want to do beyond gaming.
I'd say the head-to-head competition between the 360 and PS3 is about even on the gaming side of things. Honestly, the day of the exclusive game is quickly coming to a close.
PS3 does have an edge as an entertainment device...
After playing MW2 for months now, I'm finally ready to break down and get a headset. I think I want the Official PS3 Bluetooth Headset, but the cost is ridiculous. $50 for an earpiece?
Unfortunately, this damned thing never seems to go on sale.
Can anyone help me out with a deal? Thanks!
$25.30 at this site. Looks like it might be Eurpoean, but they are listing in US Dollars, and talk about Free Shipments on US orders.

Has anyone heard of these guys? I'm tempted, but sending my...
I just saw it for $39.88 (New) in the Amazon Marketplace.
Still more expensive that I think a game should be after 18 months, but it's better than the $60 you'll pay at retail.
No joy at the Toys R Us near me. The discount bin was as miserable as you might expect. Gems like the 'Friends' and 'American Idol' games for the PS2 mostly.
The only PS3 games were The Golden Compass, some lame basketball game and Sonic The Hedgehog. Maybe 1 or 2 360 games, though I'd never...
