Gamestop, Amazon and EBgames have all responded to my requests, complaints and inquiries ineptly and with much delay. NewEgg has to get the vote from me then.

Waiting an hour to pick up an Xbox360 USB controller after ordering online then doing in-store pickup does not bode well for Circuit City - especially after I gave them the benefit of the doubt after waiting an hour for an iPod a month earlier, meanwhile everyone else on the line got their stuff...
