    When the BB employee scans your card, what do they see on the computer screen? From what I gather, it's at least your pre-order list and the rentals you still have out. anything else, like a brief transaction history? and what's the difference between a BB value card and a gift card? thanks

    I POed Quake 4, which BB says is an XBOX game. When XBOX2 is announced and BB finally enters xbox2 games in the system, will they just replace my xbox Q4 PO with an xbox2 Q4 PO, as the xbox Q4 won't exist? Or will they refund me $50 (or $29.99 ?) Those of you who ordered DDS, did you guys...
