Sounds like your aspect ratio is wrong. Look in your HDTV's menu and find the options for the picture/aspect ratio. Good luck!

I would google that. I also would check to make sure the power supply is properly plugged in. What ever you do, don't attempt to fix it yourself. If you do that, then it will be gone for good.

The reason why I was getting a 27 inch TV for $600.00 is because of it being an HDTV, flat screen, widescreen, and that's one of the cheapest prices I've seen in awhile for an HDTV that size. I'm still going to buy the warranty, because of the people who posted their stories about what happens...
