To each their own. I don't buy digitally at all so I would have had to skip the game. Now I'm happy I can check it out, even if I'm not a huge fan of card games. I certainly did not expect a physical release, let alone retail, so I'll gladly pick it up for support alone.
Awesome to read you again!! Hope you've been well. :)
It's a bug on their website (of course there's a bug), the updates will only show for accounts based in Europe.
That's odd because they split my order just two weeks ago. Sent me three games, three others of that order remain.
To each his own, but personally I don't mind those factors at all. If it's a cool experience (and Gardens Between definitely is) then I still want to play it and in my collection. But it's fair warning, of course.
I mean, there's no rush or anything, the Japanese version will most likely always be avalaible….but just wanna add my two cents in that Devil Engine is absolutely spectacular to me. Playing this for the first time reminded me for the feeling back then with Thunder Force III on Mega Drive.
I did, without having played the original back then. I just love anything 16-bit, the new visuals look cool to me, and the rewind feature will make any unfairness in game design bearable.
I am. :)
Well, not every single one, of course, but I'm down for Plumbers because I was interested in it even back in 3DO days. Never got my hands on it….didn't help I'm in Europe so I had to import a lot.
Also grabbed Gargoyles because the remastering looks nice and that switching...
For me living in Europe buying from LRG directly is still the best option. We'll see what the EU warehouse will do if it ever materializes, but until then I'm kinda okay with things as they are, aside from some absurd production and shipping times that definitely need to improve.
Open...
Um…I'm not. Nor do I want to be. :)
Despite all their troubles my enjoyment of their products far outweighs any negatives, for me personally. I'm all for massive improvements on their end, but as of now, I'm good.
That being said, I have ordered relatively few games from them lately...
I see. And that's a sentiment I can share, actually. While I try to play a lot more than 20% of my games, it is indeed a good feeling to be able to sell everything with little to no loss, even if it's just in theory. That goes for retail stuff as well as limited, and therefore it's a sad sight...
Why do you regret them? Did you buy them merely for speculation/ value?
I too have quite a few of their early PS4 games but since they are interesting titles, I'm happy that I do.
But yeah, from a sentimental point of view it's a bit of shame that most of them are not enticing for collectors...
Dude, you don't know anything here for sure. Your claim really shocked me yesterday and now that you elaborated on it, it's… all just assumptions.
Look, I don't know anything either, so you could be right on the money. But from all interactions I had with Doug he seemed like a really cool guy...
Did you add comments to your existing ticket? For some unexplicable reason that would move it back to the bottom of the pile, or so it was explained on Discord a while ago.
