I would expect it to go live within the next hour. The previous ones I was at work and they went live before I went to lunch which was scheduled an hour from now. I hope so I really don't want to be refreshing all day.
I was looking to spend about 700-1000 before tax. I can upgrade the power supply and graphics card next year if needed. I need it for school because the desktop computer I built almost two years ago keeps BSODing and I have formatted and reinstalled windows and replaced the ram and it still does...
If you go to a store with live demo phones you can master reset the demo and put your live info in. That's what I did when they came out and art was giving ilo Milo away for free. Just be sure to master reset it again before you live.
Android and ios were the first smartphones from google and apple. Microsoft has been in the game for years and should have done better. We'll see a year from now if they are any different but I seriously doubt it. People will still be making excuses for it ans why there is still a lack of apps...
Imo its good I wouldn't call it awesome though. Sadly my work forces me to carry mine or else id have android or iPhone. It will be better once the apps have the multitasking feature built in but mango just makes it what it should have been on launch.
I just got this phone at Verizon and the rep was trying to talk me out of it because the price of games. I might take it back though because I thought maybe it was just the new games.
If the developers don't like the money they are getting for mobile games the develop something else.
