Traded in a few games and got 73.50 in total credit. I used the credit to get dark souls and they price matched the Kmart sale price. Because the manager took so long to get to the counter to do the price override they forgot to do the preorder for skyrim

So I ordered this online and chose the store pickup option. Will they hold it for me until I can get there on monday? Just wanted to ask here if anyone had previous experience before I delve into their customer service.
