Well I did eventually get my prizes so there is still hope. I got the generic we got your message e-mail first. Didn't hear anything for a week, sent another that stated something like "your case has been elevated to management" or something (it's back a few pages) but I did get all three prizes...
Here's a ray of hope for the legit people. I got an email with tracking number for an item I ordered in May. Then, I got a message from customer service that my April prize was in a "queue" to be processed. Just waiting on one more that was ordered later in May and I'll be caught up. Hopefully...

I'm still waiting on 3 items, play legit. The only thing that changed is that I moved earlier this year. Got one item at the new place that I received in early May but the others nothing. My 12 weeks is up next week so I guess I'll see what happens.
