I got my Skyrim Legendary CE from Best Buy today (bought with the 50% promo online). It barely fit in the oddly shaped box that they shipped it in. There was sufficient padding inside to protect it though as its in perfect condition!

I bought one of these at the $155 price and it took one week to arrive. The unit looks brand new and came with all listed accessories. Mine DID NOT come with a memory card. Works perfectly! As much as I hated to, I had some Best Buy credit to burn so I opted to buy the 32GB card that was on sale...

I am holding out for E3 price drop in Vita and memory cards! Been wanting a Vita for a while now, also being PS+ makes a big difference!
