This used to happen to me. I would swipe away all my notifications and miss out on good promos. Theres an android app called "unseen messenger" that saves all your notifications. You can also blacklist the apps you dont care to keep the notifications.

I use the edge app. I have 2 factor verification on and use the authenicator app to verify the sign in. Make sure when you click the country that you also click a city too. Then click connect. You should see a key icon and the country's flag icon on the top of your phone screen.

I use the vpn.lat android app on my phone. Click on the country you want, then connect. An ad will load but just close it. Then go to microsoft.com/redeem to redeem the code.
