Tigerdirect has a refurb Xbox 360 Premium for $149.99 this weekend. From what I can tell there's no HDMI and it doesn't come with a game, but that's still not a bad price for a working 360 with a hard drive...

That MSProDuo is a pretty sweet deal. I would jump at FFT for $10 if I didn't already have it.
