Manager would have to manually discount it to whatever they choose. Side note, last Feb a local Walmart marked things like Dragon Quest XI, Octopath, Xenoblade 2, Witcher , Skyrim for switch and others down to 20 or even 10. Not sure why, managed to pick up a few but most were already cleaned out.
