I doubt it, at the very least there would have been a post about in on the EU Home forum. The only hit for that code is this thread. Even if it was a single use code, the OP has yet to clarify what the code if even for. Also, if it was for the anniversary for EU Home, that was a few months...

Google search for that same code also came up empty. kineedo, can you double check that code you have, and be more specific on what it is for?
