So can we preorder the 1st game, receive a discount on the 2nd game, and then cancel the preorder for the 1st and still have the discount applied?

I'm not really feeling Assassin's Creed IV too much, and would like to trade it for NBA 2K14. Unfortunately, I used the codes that came with the game except the 7 day PSN trial.

I'd prefer the Assassin Outfit, but the War Horse seems cool too.
