How do I get AUS PSN Cards/online credit to buy games? I'm in Australia, much rather an EU or AU game but will take the USA id the price difference is big enough

What is a guest account? I'm thinking about buying Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force on Playstation 4 and I've been told that only the guest account might work, no phantom. So can I sell a guest account or is that something I would rent off??
