My May 23rd Xeno order said arriving June 3rd, now it has been pushed to June 24th.

I contacted them lastnight, explained it's been a week since release and haven't received the DLC promo code. Same deal, they would put me in touch with the Marketing and Promotions team, and it would take 48 hours, but I had a code from them after about two hours.

Anyone still waiting on DLC code from Amazon?

Speaking from experience, I import vinyl records occasionally, and they're typically $30-$50 to ship... so I'm expecting this to probably be more than that based on the size and weight that's TBD. Anyways, went ahead and used forward2me to place an order on GAME.UK. Pretty sad they don't ship...

Got my Doom Eternal CE from Amazon... really happy with it overall, the helmet is awesome! Only problem is my steelbook has a corner to corner, diagonal slash going right through the middle of the front cover... not sure what to do here, will Amazon do anything? Given the scarcity of these...

I can attest to this, my IT order was very loosely shrink wrapped.

First rep shot me down instantly, but the second rep (although aware it was an error) said she would honor the deal if I did instore pickup. They ended up refunding $48.99 and honored the $10 giftcard too, on my way pickup the order now, will report back if I get the pin set.

Has anyone who ordered the Astral Chain CE from GAME not received theirs yet? Feels like it's taking a lot longer to get here compared to the Mario Maker CE... it shipped on 8/29 and I'm in MN if that helps at all.

I noticed this too and went to reorder but I'm not getting a free shipping option.

My store had already pulled the stock off the floor, but I was able to have them grab in back for me: NES Remix, Mario 3D Land, LoZ: LBW and Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.

Does anyone know about how long it takes for the $10 rewards for p/o Smash Bros to show up on your account?

Scored Diablo 3 and Doom with no problems and just swung by GS and grabbed LA Noire for $10, ezpz Black Friday this year.
