Just wondering if n e one knows if it is possible to put an atx xase inside of an apple g5 case

I start up doom3 and play it for about 15 minutes then a blue screen comes on and i have to restart the computer. This basically occurs when i play any game like call of duty. Whats going on? I have an amd64 3200 6800 gt 512mb ram and a 120gb hd.
