Why did Wombat not make a bigger deal out of his used "new" 3ds that he got from Target? He may have uncovered a pretty big scandal if you ask me. If I were Wombat, I would have sent the story straight to Kotaku and watch them make a huge deal out of it.

I just bought the game today at Best Buy. Great to see this game coming in stock everywhere. This game is fantastic.
