Google live cash back, on the cash back site go to the bottom where it says featured merchants. Somewhere there's and A-Z list of all merchants, click newegg, sign in with your live ID and its automatic from there. You just need a live id and a paypal/bank account. There's also a 60 day wait...

I don't know if this is somewhere else, and it's not huge, but if you use live cash back you get 2.75% cash back from ANY newegg purchase. Better than nothing if you're going to buy stuff anyways.
