This, 100%. Every discussion of value for a game needs to come back to this idea: the only thing that actually needs to factor into a decision is the perceived value to an individual. All the other methods – comparisons of MSRP, cost per hour calculations, cost of porting, Switch tax justifying...

FYI as of today Target has the PSC down to $39.99 and the cartweel is still active, bringing it down near $30

Oxenfree is really terrific. The writing is good, the art is beautiful and unique, and the soundtrack is one of the best this year. That said, if you're going in for the spook-spook, you might be disappointed, since it's more closely related to walking simulators than any horror/thrillers.

Both are really really worth getting, but if you are debating, you should really get Gravity Rush.
