Everything you buy used from Gamefly comes complete with everything it has when you buy it new. The only thing I wasn't sure about was the paper box because I've never bought a game with one from them. I ordered one about a month ago and it came complete. So yes it does come with everything.

They have it on Amazon right now for the same price on ps3 and $17.24 for the 360.
