I'm wondering the same thing. Should I sell my sealed copy now or keep it? If I need to download everything from the disc anyways, what use do I have in keeping it?

Got today DC Universe Online for PS3 for $14.98. There was also the Star Wars The Force Unleashed II Collector's Edition for both PS3 and X-box 360 for $55.99.
