For people encountering the down trade-in system, I was able to trade-in last night, it just took forever. The system kept crashing. The dude ended up doing 3 transactions in order to get trade-ins complete before the system crashed again. Looks like the system...
I realized that I didn't get the 10% extra from GCU. Has anyone been able to go in and get that from a previous trade? And does that extra just apply to games or are consoles and other devices included?
