I ended up getting mine at bestbuy I was the 4th to last to get it I was stuck with the core :-\ but omg Call of Duty is amazing I had to stop playing it before i had a seizer lol it was worth the 8 hour wait!

I live right outside of philadelphia near about 20 locations were I can get an xbox 360 and none of them are having a midnight relese. Did this happen to anyone else?
